Marine-Grade Construction & Superior Craftsmanship
We select high-density wood veneers such as eucalyptus and birch, ensuring a minimal moisture gradient (≤2% difference between core and surface layers) to prevent warping. The exclusive use of 100% phenolic resin adhesive-without modified substitutes- ensures genuine waterproof performance. Through double-sided glue application, cross-grained lamination, and ultra-high-pressure hot pressing, we form a dense, insoluble glue film. Board edges are tightly sealed during production to block water ingress, making 100% waterproof plywood a truly waterproof structural solution.
