Engineering-First Materials & Dimensional Accuracy
We adopt an wall panels for construction to precisely match different building sections: OSB or flame-retardant particleboard is recommended for ceilings and partitions to combine lightness and fire resistance; plywood or bamboo plywood is suggested for floor underlayment to enhance load-bearing capacity and weather durability; outdoor enclosures can use economically treated standard plywood to manage costs effectively.
Multiple substrate grades-premium pure, high-end pure, decay-free qualified, and engineering-grade non-loosening-cater to projects ranging from high-standard to economy-class. Our process is optimized for construction applications, with strict control over strength and dimensional precision. Structural panels use high-strength adhesives to ensure static bending strength meets standards (≥20 MPa for OSB/particleboard, ≥30 MPa for plywood/bamboo plywood) and a modulus of elasticity ≥2500 MPa, with a uniform texture free from looseness or crumbling.
Precision is tiered by product grade: high-end panels feature thickness tolerance ≤±0.15 mm and warpage ≤0.2%/m, while project-grade panels maintain ≤±0.3 mm tolerance and ≤0.5%/m warpage. Batch-to-batch dimensional variation is kept within ±0.5 mm to prevent excessive gaps during large-area installation.
