Strength-Optimized Materials & Controlled Precision

 

We employ an application-specific substrate selection to balance performance and cost effectively: thin mixed-wood plywood or standard particleboard is prioritized for packing cases to combine lightness and value, while thick bamboo plywood or mixed-wood blockboard is chosen for transport pallets to enhance load-bearing capacity. Substrates are rigorously graded, including premium pure, high-end pure, decay-free qualified, and engineering-grade non-loosening types. The economy line may use compliant recycled or offcut materials, ensuring no decay or major cracks while maximizing cost efficiency.

 

The manufacturing process focuses on enhancing board rigidity and toughness, using high-strength phenolic resin adhesives to ensure fundamental bonding strength: ≥0.5 MPa for plywood/blockboard and ≥0.2 MPa for particleboard, eliminating issues such as large-area delamination or voids. Precision is strictly tiered across four series-High-end Custom, Refined Functional, Economy Practical, and Project Export-with thickness tolerance and warpage controlled accordingly. Optional treatments such as anti-mold coating, water resistance, and simple edge sealing are available to meet the needs of damp or outdoor transit conditions.
