Our Formaldehyde-free board materials is engineered using truly zero-added formaldehyde adhesives. Only MDI, soy protein, or starch-based binders are employed. We strictly prohibit any misleading use of low-formaldehyde modified urea adhesives.
Every batch of adhesive is accompanied by a dedicated test report verifying zero formaldehyde content, ensuring that no formaldehyde is introduced at the source. All auxiliary materials-including wood chips, veneers, water repellents, and damp-proof agents-are also formaldehyde-free, eliminating any risk of secondary emissions.
Certified Manufacturing & Traceability
The production line is specifically designed and optimized for formaldehyde-free adhesive systems, with precise control over equipment cleanliness, glue application accuracy, and hot-press parameters. This ensures not only the zero-formaldehyde attribute but also enhanced physical performance.
Each batch is supported by third-party CNAS/CMA and CE-certified test reports that strictly correspond to the purchase order. We support random sampling and retesting for key product categories, ensuring full traceability, and we hold the nationally recognized Zero-Formaldehyde-Added Product certification.

Thanks to the superior bonding strength of MDI adhesive, internal bond strength reaches ≥0.6 MPa for particleboard/OSB and ≥0.7 MPa for multilayer board. Nail-holding force exceeds ≥800 N, ensuring exceptional structural stability. High dimensional accuracy (thickness tolerance ≤±0.2 mm, warpage ≤0.5%/m) and excellent moisture resistance make it ideal for high-end, health-conscious applications.
