Total Waterproof Architecture from Core to Seal
We build a comprehensive waterproof system with layered defenses. The substrate is exclusively high-density multilayer plywood or bamboo-composite board (density ≥700kg/m³), chosen for superior water resistance and deformation control-no ordinary particleboard or low-grade cores are used. The core technology involves a blend of polymer-modified composites and special waterproof plant fibers, bonded with pure phenolic marine-grade adhesive (not ordinary modified glue). This creates a dense, impervious core with proven salt-fog, boiling-water, and hydrolysis resistance, with supporting test reports.
Sealing is critical: six-side seamless heat-sealed waterproof film, combined with anti-corrosion edge banding, eliminates all substrate exposure, physically blocking moisture and salt ingress. Waterproof film adhesion is ≥1.2MPa, with no peeling after thermal cycling. All factory-cut edges are pre-coated with nano waterproof sealant. The surface features high-density waterproof polymer finishes, seamlessly wrapped or welded to the edges for 360° protection. Joints and connection points receive specialized waterproof treatment. Strict moisture control (6%–10% content) ensures minimal warping (≤0.3%/m) and precise thickness tolerance (±0.2mm).
