PVC Laminated Plywood

PVC laminated plywood is made by bonding PVC film onto a plywood substrate through wrapping or flat-lamination processes. Unlike melamine-faced boards, product offers better flexibility and wrapping performance. This makes it ideal for covering curved surfaces and edges on furniture components. We use high-quality PVC film and environmentally friendly adhesives. Our product comes in rich colors and realistic textures with good weather resistance and wear resistance. It performs well in cabinet doors, sliding wardrobe doors, interior doors, and decorative trim.

We have a dedicated lamination production line for PVC laminated plywood. Our technical team has extensive experience in film lamination. They adjust production parameters based on different PVC film materials. This ensures our product has a smooth finish with no bubbles and no glue separation. We test every batch for peel strength and surface quality. Our factory has 15,000 square meters of production space. We also have complete PET production lines and multiple specialized machines. This allows us to handle various order sizes efficiently.

We support custom PVC film selection for PVC laminated plywood. Pattern options include wood grain, solid colors, and metallic finishes. Film thickness ranges from 0.12 to 0.30mm. Core materials available are poplar, eucalyptus, and mixed hardwood. We produce product in 1220×2440mm (4×8 ft) and 1220×2750mm (4×9 ft). Thickness ranges from 16 to 18mm.
