We guarantee quality from the inside out. Panels are constructed with 18mm multi-layer plywood, paintable OSB, or solid wood cores, all free from patchwork fillers to ensure structural integrity. The surface utilizes high-grade decorative paper with a base weight of ≥80 g/㎡ (top layer) and ≥60 g/㎡ (bottom layer), impregnated with ≥110 g/㎡ of resin (≥130 g/㎡ for the premium series) at a solid content of ≥38% for enhanced wear and moisture resistance. Lamination is carried out under precisely controlled conditions-180–200°C and ≥8 MPa-ensuring a bubble-free, permanent bond and a smooth, uniform finish.
Proven Performance for Lasting Results
These melamine panels perform reliably in demanding environments. Key performance indicators include formaldehyde emissions meeting E0 standards (≤0.050 mg/m³), with an optional ENF grade (≤0.025 mg/m³), abrasion resistance of ≥400 cycles (≥600 cycles for the premium series), and a 3H pencil hardness for superior scratch resistance. The surface allows easy stain removal, while a 24-hour cold water soak results in thickness swelling of ≤6% (≤4% for moisture-resistant cores). The critical bond strength between the surface and core reaches ≥0.8 MPa, verified through rigorous boiling and freeze–thaw cycle tests with no delamination observed.
